Priorities & Needs: Athletic Scholarships
Georgia Tech's student-athletes have a long history of bringing distinction, whether on the playing field, in the classroom, or in their careers. Supporting Tech's student-athletes through a gift to the Alexander-Tharpe Fund is an investment in excellence that helps build a future for Tech's most talented men and women.
Georgia Tech currently faces the challenge of not being funded at the NCAA maximum scholarship level. It is critical that we offer as many scholarships as our competitors do in order to retain our tradition of supporting student-athletes. The Alexander-Tharpe (A-T) Fund was established as a way to ensure that this tradition can be extended far into the future.
For more information on giving to athletic scholarships or about the A-T Fund, contact Jack Thompson, Senior Director of Development, Athletics or Jim S. Hall, Director of Development, Athletics.
