Georgia Tech Savannah
By extending the virtual borders of the Georgia Tech campus, Georgia Tech Savannah affords students in southeast Georgia the opportunity to earn a Georgia Tech degree outside of Atlanta—leveraging local faculty, facilities, and distance learning connections to bring Georgia Tech directly to the region.
With undergraduate and graduate programs in civil engineering, computer engineering, electrical engineering, environmental engineering, and mechanical engineering, Georgia Tech Savannah (GTS) offers students the same intellectual rigor found in the academic and research programs on the Atlanta campus, but from a burgeoning and beautiful coastal community.
Georgia Tech Savannah occupies a 46-acre tract within Savannah’s Technology and Engineering Campus. Only minutes from downtown, the campus is bordered by natural wetlands and is home to a number of native plant and animal species, including coyotes, foxes, and deer. Distributed across three buildings, the campus supports a bookstore, café, library, student lounges and study rooms, distance-capable classrooms, and more than 30 instructional and research laboratories.
