Priorities & Needs: International Experience
Georgia Tech's Study Abroad program provides students with an international experience that offers a myriad of advantages and opportunities. Through the program, students are able to foster a broader world view and a greater context in which to understand issues ranging from foreign policy to ethics. From a practical standpoint, the program offers these students an opportunity to gain a competitive edge in the job market, as more and more sectors of the economy involve working with international companies, collaborating or working with foreign teams, or working as part of a multi-national or multicultural team.
By supporting the Study Abroad program, you will enable students to benefit from courses which are not available on our campus, or explore and cultivate an interest outside of their major area of study. Scholarship support for international study abroad can help a student achieve an educational experience that is both fundamentally valuable and culturally enriching.
