Priorities & Needs: Unrestricted Giving
The ability to respond to technological and societal change lies not only in Georgia Tech's faculty and students, but also in our ability to provide the necessary resources to address challenges in a timely manner. Unrestricted funds provide Tech with the flexibility to respond to pressing university needs and capture new opportunities.
Gifts and commitments for unrestricted purposes are directed to the Office of the President to be used where the opportunity may be the greatest in any given year. Gifts for unrestricted purposes may be directed to permanent endowment or for expendable purposes, to be used in the year in which the gift is given. The largest source of unrestricted funds comes from the Annual Roll Call.
For more information on how you can make an unrestricted gift to Georgia Tech, contact Barrett H. Carson, Vice President for Development.
